I was introduced to Julie three years ago when I joined 24 Hour Fitness, l was recovering from my third lower back surgery and needed a cane and walker to get around. The manager said Julie had extensive experience and would be the best trainer to work with me. I will always be thankful to that gentleman because with Julie’s help I am able to travel, hike around in mountains, continue my building projects, and enjoy an active retirement. The training started once a week at 24 Hour Fitness and then moved to my
house. Each training session lasts about an hour, and is followed up with some deep tissue massage. At first Julie asked a lot of questions trying to figure out what exercises would be most helpful. Over time we developed a program concentrating on flexibility and core training that I practice everyday. As I get stronger, Julie is constantly pushing me by introducing new exercises. Having a strong core has allowed me to be on my feet and move around with very little pain. As long as I continue following Julie’s program there is no reason why I cannot continue an active life style. Julie motivates me to keep training and I plan on her being my trainer indefinitely.
