I met Julie in 2013 when my mom introduced me to her yoga class. I eventually started coming her bootcamp classes with my mom and started to see results. I late 2014 I started working on my Master’s degree and eventually my exercise took a back seat. In that time I was not working out and was not in the shape I used to be in. I finished my degree in summer of 2016, but was not in the right mindset to get back into working out and I was also embarrassed to come back after leaving for so long. In the beginning of 2017 after I came back from a trip I realized it was time to take back my health and get back into shape. Julie welcomed me back with open arms and within 11 weeks I lost 6.5% body fat, lost 4in on my waist alone, and was stronger than I was at my peak of working out. Julie has really helped empower me and reshape me into a stronger better version of myself!
